How much does Restii cost?
Tableside ordering is $99.99 per month, the waitlist is $79.99 per month, and both together are $149.99 per month, which saves $29.99 a month. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and is month-to-month, with no annual contract. No credit card is needed to start the trial. There are no per-order fees.
What do I have to do?
Text us a photo of your menu and pick a day. We build the menu, come to your restaurant during your quiet hours, connect the kitchen printer you already have, put a printed QR stand on every table and train you and your manager in about 15 minutes. After that, a change to the menu is a text or a call away.
Do I need new hardware or a new POS?
Not for tableside ordering. Guests use their own smartphones, and orders arrive as tickets on your existing kitchen printer. Restii is not a POS and does not replace yours. We ask that you have a tablet to manage your restaurant. The waitlist comes with an iPad and stand that we provide and that stay ours, so there is nothing to buy.
What if the Wi-Fi goes down?
Guests order on their own phones over their own cell service, so a Wi-Fi hiccup doesn't stop them. Every order also shows on your iPad, so a printer that drops off the network doesn't lose one.
What about guests who don't want to use a phone?
Your staff takes their order the usual way. Most tables use the code; the ones that don't are served like always.
Will my servers push back?
Servers still bring the food, change the grills and close the check. What they stop doing is standing at the table while a party decides, sometimes for 15 minutes, and running the slip to the kitchen. They show the menu, explain it and walk away, which is how one server covers more tables. The managers quoted on this page went through the same first night.
Can I control how much guests order?
Yes. Smart rate limiting lets you set a maximum number of items per time period, for example 4 items every 5 minutes, which keeps all-you-can-eat rounds under control. Per-guest limits, premium-cut limits and time limits work the same way.
Is Restii only for all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurants?
We built it with all-you-can-eat restaurants, which is why it handles rounds, limits and leftover charges so well. It works for à la carte menus too, and you can tell us which you run when you sign up.
What languages are supported?
English, Chinese (Simplified), Korean and Spanish. We can add more at your request.
What does the waitlist include?
A text for every guest (place in line, almost up, table ready) and a host screen to run the whole line. We provide an iPad and an iPad stand; they stay Restii's, so you return them if you cancel. It is $79.99 per month after the 30-day free trial, month-to-month.
How does the waitlist work?
Guests scan a QR code at your door (or use a kiosk iPad), enter their party size, name and mobile number, and agree to text updates. They get a text with their place in line, a heads-up when they're almost up, and a text when their table is ready. You manage the line from an iPad. The waitlist is in early access, so we onboard each restaurant personally.
Where does Restii use AI?
In setup. AI reads your menu photo or PDF into a digital menu and drafts your dining rules from plain English, and a person on our team reviews both. Menus are also translated automatically into four languages. The ordering and waitlist your guests and staff use every day are simple, dependable software.
What if I want to stop?
Tell us. Every plan is month-to-month with no annual contract. If you have the waitlist iPad and stand, you return them, and that's it.
Who answers when I call?
A founder. Calls and texts to (323) 763-1370 are answered from 5 am to 10 pm, most days, by someone who has set up restaurants like yours.
